TaskHire is a job-matching app founded at the end of 2024, designed to connect doers with tasks in need of a doer. Our goal is to provide all the necessary support services for both task providers and workers, allowing them to focus solely on getting the job done.
Our vision is to create a platform for finding and offering tasks that revolutionize the way gig work is searched for and completed. Our mission is to seamlessly connect workers and task providers through TaskHire. The platform fosters mutual trust between users and promotes diversity in the job market by lowering the barriers to offering and accepting tasks.

From Challenge to Idea
The idea for TaskHire was born when my own life was filled with busyness, and I realized I needed help with small but important tasks. I didn't personally know anyone I could offer these small jobs to. At the same time, I noticed that the employment situation for young people was challenging. I wanted to create a platform where anyone could find a task that suits them while giving young people an opportunity to earn money and gain valuable work experience. – Yasmine
The current job market situation and the uncertain economic outlook particularly affect young people and other vulnerable job seekers. Finding a job without education, skills, or experience becomes even harder when hiring slows down, potentially delaying young people's entry into the workforce. Securing a good job often requires connections and networks—something that those just starting their careers may have only in limited supply.
From Idea to Solution
In 2024, the idea took off, and we decided to launch TaskHire together. Our goal is to help everyone find tasks that suit them—whether it's yard work, childcare, or any other everyday chore.
Through TaskHire, young people can find tasks that match their experience level, receive feedback on their work, and gain valuable experience by employing themselves. We strive to support job seekers by providing tips on creating a strong profile and pricing their work effectively.
Recruitment processes are becoming increasingly complex every year, and it can feel frustrating to spend hours applying for jobs, especially if you're only looking for small extra earnings or have little work experience, making job opportunities seem out of reach.
The name TaskHire perfectly reflects the core of our service: we want to offer the easiest and most flexible way to provide and complete tasks.
